Moon Square Lilith - ☽□⚸

astroscope:

Moon square Lilith is one of the most challenging Black Moon Lilith aspect you can have, but it is ultimately one of the most powerful. The subject will go through life facing constant intense triangular relationships that will either make or break them. They may be asked to choose between mother and spouse, child and lover or family and spiritual path. Exceptional demands may be made of them to make heartbreaking decisions, which in the end may exile them from their family. They need to learn that they can’t please everyone and to own their Lilith sovereignty. With this set up they will always end up hurting someone so they might as well pick the solution that makes their soul the happiest. They may break under the pressure of this aspect and succumb to the temptation of Lilith’s forbidden fruit in the shape of sex addiction or drugs. If they manage to come through then these subjects are a fantastic example of the Phoenix rising from the flames. The valuable life lessons they have learnt from their traumas become an inspiration to those still caught up in the darkness.

Moon–Saturn

aspectsinastrology:

There is often a feeling of the ‘trapped child’ in the personality of the Moon–Saturn type. Very often, Moon–Saturn had to grow up rather early and, rather like Sun–Saturn, missed out on the maturation process, so that there is often a delay in the emotional development of the individual. The Moon–Saturn child generally gets the message early on that it has to be self-sufficient. The child receives early messages that they will be loved only if they behave in a certain kind of way: responsible and unobtrusive, staying in the background, not getting under people’s feet.

Here we have an individual who tries very hard to please. The classic Moon–Saturn type feels vulnerable, and is scared of being hurt, and thus will behave in a way the individual considers to be as socially acceptable as possible. This often involves conforming, in a bid to elicit the approval that they need. Moon–Saturn may have needed a few defenses as a child but as an adult the goal must be to feel safe enough to be able to drop at least some of these defenses. They must learn to take a few risks with their emotional responses and with emotional life in general. As always, Saturn craves whatever planetary principle it touches, and Moon–Saturn individual craves nurturance, a home, and a family.

Natal Moon Square Aspects

astrolovecosmos:

Moon Square Mercury: Mind vs. heart conflicts, emotions are probably not communicated well, possibly poor memory, may swing back and forth from logical and put together to overly sensitive and emotional. Emotional self conflicts with communication, decision making, and intellectual self.

Moon Square Venus: Emotional needs and romantic desires/wants tend to create tension. The Moon needs ABC but the Venus approaches closer connections like XYZ. Can be scattered in closer relationships, not know what they want, get into bad company, fear intimacy, or be easily used.

Moon Square Mars: Emotional self and the passionate, willful self conflict. This can make someone fear vulnerability, act tougher or more aggressive than they are, risky behavior, overly cautious behavior, someone who is walked over, could fear intimacy, overly dependent, etc. Signs/Houses can give more insight into some of the manifestations.

Moon Square Jupiter: Jupiter’s excess could mean this person gives too much of them to others emotionally and easily gets exhausted. The Moon and Jupiter squaring can also mean emotional discovery is harder. This can make someone naive and easily taken advantage of. Jupiter could overwhelm.. yet “bless” the Moon with plenty of optimism, some good luck, and a fun-loving spirit. Could be hard to satisfy emotionally, always wanting more.

Moon Square Saturn: Saturn can block the Moon’s emotional expression and ignore emotional health. Trust issues, self-doubt, and suspicion are common with this aspect.

Moon Square Uranus: Uranus brings change and detachment to the emotional self. A lot of conflict exist in how they live emotionally. They can become unreliable, distant, have sudden changes in moods, a desire to detach even to an unhealthy extent, and emotions can weigh down their adaptability to change or ability to change. Independence vs. dependence can be a conflict.

Moon Square Neptune: Neptune drowns the Moon in intuition and creativity but also sensitivity, little to no boundaries, extreme fluidness, emotional changeability and instability, hardcore escapism and unrealistic expectations/views, high risk of addiction, and easily lost in themselves.

Moon Square Pluto: High risk for self-destruction. The emotional self goes against their ability to emotionally grow/transform. Their emotions can block out their inner demons, desires, and self. Has a hard time accepting and then healing from traumas.

Moon Square Ascendant: Emotional self and outer self are not in agreement. Can struggle to understand their own emotions and emotions of others, can be overly critical or have unrealistic expectations of others, can be impressionable, might not know how to handle vulnerability, and easily falls into toxic relationships. Ultimately has a disconnect between actions and emotions.

Moon Square Midheaven: Emotional self gets in the way of their ambition, direction in life, and goals. Easily stressed at work or when going after something. Needs to be careful of old fears getting in the way of ambition. Can lack confidence in the workplace.

Moon Square North Node: Here the Moon/emotional self can’t get over past hurt and doesn’t learn from lessons. They can lack drive to look inward or might really, really fear moving on.

Moon Square Chiron: Whatever is associated with one’s Chiron is embedded into their emotional being. The emotional wounds will be very slow to heal. Can be highly sensitive to other’s emotional states or emotional wounds and issues.

Moon Square Ceres: Easily falls into dependence or co-dependence with those they nurture and care for, this usually implies children but can be anyone they “nurture”. Frequently sacrifices their emotional needs for others. Could also be seen as emotional self is compromised or hurt when having to nurture others.

Moon Square Juno: Marriage or the idea of a soul mate is somehow challenging the emotional self. Maybe marriage is seen as a trap, their soul mate doesn’t give them what they want or need, or could struggle to ever find a real “soul mate”.  Marriage or long-term unions somehow is not good for their emotional self; things like having a controlling partner or being married too young or even pressured to marry could create this.

Moon Square Vesta: Emotional rest or self care does not come easily. Emotional health is turbulent. Spiritual health can feel draining or doesn’t feel secure in it.

Moon Square Pallas: Emotional self and the area of intuition, talents, and special intellect are challenging each other. Has a conflict of wanting to step out and show the world their talent vs. fearful of leaving their comfort zone. Might have many insecurities towards skill.

Moon Square Lilith: Self-destructive in closer relationships or in their own emotional relationship. Look to what the Lilith is in, they may use these traits to push others away or to damage their own emotional health.

ha, well then that explains some things

“There is something magical and crackling about Saturn in the tenth. Like they are a wizard of every time period in history, holding an hourglass filled with sorcerers dust, cradling the orb in their hands that knows how to turn far away dreams into something real and wonderful. This is Saturn’s royal progeny, his golden child, the one he will carry under his wing and thrust into glory.”
